These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and woc44 ("woc44", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the woc44 website located at https://woc44.cam and all associated services, products, mobile applications, and digital content made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, accessing any part of the woc44 Platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any service provided by woc44, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement governing your use of woc44.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register for and use a woc44 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. woc44 does not permit access to or use of its Platform by any person under the age of 21, regardless of local laws that may set a lower minimum age for gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, or organisations may not register as Players on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — either through woc44 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme — that is currently in force.
• You must not have had a woc44 account previously terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account details up to date at all times.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the woc44 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Information provided must match your official identification documents. woc44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the relationship.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. woc44 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. 4.3 Verification Process

woc44 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable AML regulations. Players may be requested to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian IC, passport), proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved.

By using the woc44 Platform, you agree to comply with the following usage terms at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technological means to place bets, harvest data, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• You will not attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other Players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• You acknowledge that all games offered on the Platform operate using certified random number generation ("RNG") technology and that outcomes are determined solely by chance or live events.
• You accept that woc44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in circumstances where a technical malfunction or error resulted in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• You acknowledge that the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and that temporary interruptions to service may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

woc44 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT TRC20), and BNB. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are published in the Platform's Deposit section.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted. woc44 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder. Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted to MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt on the blockchain.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. Real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) are withdrawable once all applicable wagering conditions have been met. woc44 targets processing times of under five (5) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and under thirty (30) minutes for bank transfer withdrawals, though actual times may vary depending on payment provider processing and verification requirements. Cryptocurrency withdrawal processing times depend on network congestion and blockchain confirmation speeds.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

woc44 is required to comply with applicable AML regulations. Where transaction patterns raise suspicion of money laundering or fraud, woc44 reserves the right to freeze account funds, request additional documentation, delay withdrawal processing, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Players who deposit and withdraw without placing any meaningful wagers may have their transactions reviewed under our AML procedures.

woc44 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published with each promotion at the time of claim.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements vary by promotion type and are displayed clearly on each offer.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted stake per individual bet or spin is capped. Exceeding this cap will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being voided. The applicable cap is specified on each promotion page, typically in the range of MYR 250–500.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20% unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonus funds expire within the window specified on each promotion, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of award. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

woc44 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or using automated tools to exploit promotional offers. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and account suspension.

7.3 Discretionary Right

woc44 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time at its sole discretion, provided that such modification shall not affect bonuses already claimed and in use by a Player at the time of the change.

All bets placed on the woc44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or event type. The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals:

• A bet is considered accepted only once confirmed by the Platform's system with a unique bet reference number. Any bet that has not been confirmed as accepted shall be deemed void.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed within the relevant game or sports market. woc44 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical error, connectivity failure, or system malfunction during the placement or settlement of a bet, woc44 shall investigate the matter and settle any affected bets in the fairest reasonable manner. woc44's decision in such matters shall be final.
• For live sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other in-play markets), odds are subject to change in real time and a bet is binding only at the odds confirmed at the moment of acceptance, regardless of subsequent odds movements.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that event type as published on the Platform.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selected legs to be settled as winners for the parlay to pay out. A void leg in a Mix Parlay will typically result in the parlay being recalculated based on the remaining active legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the woc44 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration of more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent any security feature.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a software error must be reported to woc44 and will be reclaimed if not reported.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, manipulate betting pools, or create artificial trading patterns.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, if you are fully aware of such prohibition.

All content on the woc44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of woc44 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes as a registered Player. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from woc44.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of woc44's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, woc44 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any betting losses incurred.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data or transmissions.
• Technical errors, system failures, or interruptions to the Platform's operation.
• Any content or data obtained through the Platform.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform.

woc44 does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Platform, and for using appropriate virus protection software.

woc44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic and cause genuine harm. The following tools and measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Limits can be lowered immediately but increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds to prevent exceeding a set amount within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications can be configured to alert you when you have been logged into the Platform for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the Player will be prevented from logging in or creating a new account.

woc44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe.
• Multi-accounting or sharing an account with a third party.
• Detection of bonus abuse or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Detection of a Player being under the age of 21.

In the event of account termination for cause, woc44 reserves the right to retain any bonus-derived winnings and to recover any bonus funds disbursed prior to termination. Verified real-money deposits will be returned to the Player net of any liabilities owed to woc44, subject to AML compliance obligations.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting woc44 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to any outstanding withdrawal verifications.

woc44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable regulation, changes in the Platform's operational practices, or legal requirements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, woc44 will update the "Last reviewed and updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify Players via the email address registered to their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the woc44 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and contact woc44 support to close your account.
